Juan José is a Partner and founder of ExpertiseAdvisor Abogados & Consultores. Since its inception, he has worked in corporate law, providing legal services as a lawyer in law firms and as an in-house lawyer in national and international private companies. He has actively participated in various national and international company acquisition processes.
Additionally, he has advised on merger planning, acquisition of national and foreign companies, establishment of foreign branches, insurance, and commercial franchising.
He is the Director of the Ecuadorian Franchise Association and a member of the International Franchise Association (IFA), as well as a Director in various binational Chambers of Commerce.
