Carlos is a lawyer with a wealth of experience in handling arbitration proceedings, both domestically and internationally, as well as litigation in ordinary courts. He is highly skilled in negotiation and mediation, and has a proven track record in successfully resolving complex disputes. Currently, he holds the position of Secretary at the Arbitration Courts of the Arbitration and Mediation Centers of the Quito Chamber of Commerce and the Ecuadorian-American Chamber of Commerce.
Carlos has previously served as Secretary General of the National Polytechnic School and has been invited as a panelist and speaker at various academic events related to his areas of expertise. His practice primarily focuses on representing individuals and corporations in arbitration, litigation, mediations, and complex negotiations, while also possessing extensive knowledge in administrative and management processes.
